General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once placed and cannot be changed.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If evidence of match fixing or account manipulation is found, the relevant bets will be voided and the account will be permanently closed.
• In live betting, there may be a delay in displaying offers — bets do not take effect until confirmed.
• cg999 reserves the right to set a maximum limit on any bet.

Game Operation

• All games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If a game stops mid-way due to a technical fault, the bet amount will be refunded.

Strictly Prohibited

Any of the following activities are completely prohibited on the platform and may result in immediate account closure:

• Exploiting any system vulnerability or bug.

Reasons for Suspension and Closure

cg999 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the terms and conditions.
• Providing false information.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• Suspicion of financial fraud.
• Failure to provide verification documents in a timely manner.

If an account is closed, there may be an opportunity to withdraw valid funds (excluding bonuses) — this depends on the circumstances.
